Over the last two years , Westminster has begun incorporating a GiveCampus feature–Smart Appeals–to help generate pre-campaign gifts from anniversary donors for their annual Giving Day.

Integrating Smart Appeals into their anniversary appeals strategy, helped expedite the appeals process and free up time for other pre-launch efforts so they could hit all their Giving Day goals.

Ahead of their annual Giving Day, Westminster reached out to 554 anniversary donors identified using Smart Appeals. Almost half of those contacted made a gift.

Their combined pre-campaign appeals and day-of efforts raised a total of more than $400,000.
