Choose from a variety of flexible integration pathways
GiveCampus provides a fast, secure means of transferring data from the GiveCampus platform to your donor database or CRM. Depending on the data you need to transfer, you can use our API to develop your own custom integration, leverage API-enabled connectors from a variety of third-party development groups, leverage direct integrations with various CRMs, or manage via a simple secure file transport protocol (SFTP) export.

GiveCampus + Raiser’s Edge NXT
There are three ways to streamline how data flows between GiveCampus and Raiser’s Edge NXT:
- Direct NXT Integration provides a simple and fast out-of-the-box option for both gift and event registration data
- Omatic offers both an API-enabled connector as well as a CSV import option through ImportOmatic
- Secure file-based integration using custom reporting provides a highly configurable option for processing using CSV files
GiveCampus + Kindsight ascend
GiveCampus partnered with Kindsight to develop an API integration that enables all GiveCampus gift data to flow seamlessly into ascend. Key integration points include:
- Automated gift data matching and processing via ascend’s Review Transactions (RTv2) and Interims features
- Ability to ingest gift data based on transaction date (for retrieval) AND deposit date (for processing)
- Ability to synchronize gift designations between ascend and GiveCampus and manage designation names, fund codes, and groupings within ascend
GiveCampus + Affinaquest
Affinaquest has built a robust integration with GiveCampus that streamlines gift processing via SmartBatch. The integration eliminates manual export/import tasks by leveraging the GiveCampus Gift API to deliver gift data directly to Advancement RM so it’s ready for processing via SmartBatch. GiveCampus is the only online giving solution for which Affinaquest has built a native connector. Affinaquest has committed to launching integrations for many other GiveCampus solutions throughout 2025.
GiveCampus + Blackbaud CRM
There are three ways to streamline how data flows between GiveCampus and Blackbaud CRM:
- Pre-built API-enabled connectors that require no technical expertise to configure
- Zuri Group’s Velocity Connector
- BrightVine’s Data Link
- Custom development using GiveCampus APIs
- Secure file-based integration using custom reporting delivered as CSV files via SFTP
GiveCampus + Ellucian Advance and CRM Advance
Schools that use Ellucian Advance and CRM Advance are using both custom and pre-built connectors for integrating GiveCampus. Based on the preference of the school, API and SFTP enabled integrations streamline data sharing between GiveCampus and Ellucian’s flagship CRMs.
GiveCampus + Veracross
Schools that use Veracross can leverage the Custom Reporting tool in GiveCampus to easily import gifts without manual manipulation—all the transformations, formatting, and required columns align for a seamless transfer.

Slate schools can automate the ingestion of GiveCampus gift data in two ways:
- Custom development using GiveCampus APIs
- Secure file-based integration using custom reporting delivered as .CSV files via SFTP
